If you should receive a product that is defective, damaged or broken upon delivery, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund, including any shipping costs you may incur to return it to us. Return Policy
We want the return process to be as easy and hassle-free for you as possible. For clarification, we have classified product returns into 3 categories:
Category 1: Your order contains a Defective, Damaged or Broken Item.
Category 2: Your order contains an item other than what you believe you ordered.
Category 3: You no longer want or need the item, but it is in perfect working order.
Please see the specific instructions, restrictions and details for each category of returns below.
Category 1: Defective, Damaged or Broken Items
If you should receive a product that is defective, damaged or broken upon delivery, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or a full refund, including any shipping costs you may incur to return it to us.
All merchandise eligible for a Category 1 return must meet the following conditions:
- Returned in original packaging
- Product must be in brand-new, unused condition and cannot show signs of wear, use, wash, soil, etc., other than its original defect or damage
- Copy of invoice enclosed with merchandise
Instructions for a Category 1 Return
You have up to 30 days after receiving your merchandise to contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Our customer service agents will guide you through the return process at that time. Please be sure to include your original order number, what product(s) you are returning/exchanging, a brief explanation as to the defect of the product and your name in any email communications.
When you return the item, please wrap the package carefully. Ship the product using your preferred shipping method to the address you are provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a method that you can track and insure. Save your return tracking number and email it to us so that we can track the return in case there are any issues during transit.
Upon receipt of your returned item and confirmation of its Category 1 status, we will ship you a new, fully-functional product or issue you a refund of 100% of your original purchase price (as well as any shipping costs you incurred), whichever you prefer.
Should you choose to receive a refund instead of an exchange, you should expect to receive your refund within five (5) business days of our receipt of the returned product; however in most cases you will receive a refund the next business day. We will issue a credit to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase and notify you via e-mail of your completed refund status.
Category 2: Received the Wrong Item
Please contact us immediately upon receipt of any incorrectly shipped merchandise. Our customer service agents will guide you through returning the incorrect product(s) at that time. Please be sure to include your original order number, what product(s) you wrongfully received, what product(s) you believe you ordered and your name in any email communications.
All merchandise for a Category 2 return must meet the following conditions:
- Returned in original packaging
- Product must be in brand-new, unused condition and cannot show signs of wear, use, wash, soil, etc.

Category 3: Buyer’s Remorse / Changed Your Mind
You may return your purchase for any reason, no questions asked, within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price, excluding our shipping and handling costs and a 15% re-stocking fee. All merchandise for a Category 3 return must meet the following conditions:
- Returned in original packaging
- Product must be in brand-new, unused condition and cannot show signs of wear, use, wash, soil, etc.
- Copy of invoice enclosed with merchandise
- Software, video games, DVDs, and CDs must be unopened
- Return shipping must be prepaid; no COD’s accepted
Instructions for a Category 3 Return
You have up to 30 days after receiving your merchandise to contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please Note: For Category 3 returns, we cannot refund shipping charges. Also, free and reduced shipping promotional offers will not apply to Category 3 returns and the original, undiscounted shipping costs, regardless of promotions, will be deducted from your refund amount.
Items Damaged By Shipping Carrier
Shipments damaged during transit (after they leave our warehouse network) must be claimed with the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, RPS, USPS or DHL). If the packing materials look dented, ripped or otherwise damaged, or if any cartons are missing, be sure to note this on the package carrier’s invoice. If you notice damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing materials and call the package carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for damage caused by the package carrier, but we can assist you in filing your claim with the carrier if you would like assistance.
Lost Items
If your item appears to be lost in transit, contact us and we will assist in locating your package and filing a claim with the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, RPS, USPS or DHL) if required.
Canceling Orders
It is important to notify us immediately if you would like to cancel an order, as most orders ship within 48 hours and many ship same-day. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order upon delivery, it will then fall under our Category 3 return policy, where roundtrip shipping costs, as well as a 15% restocking fee, will be deducted from your refund.
Backorders
Sometimes, if a product is currently out-of-stock, an order can still be placed. We will notify you within 48 hours if your order is out-of-stock and give you an estimated time of delivery. You may choose to accept this revised delivery schedule or cancel your order at that time.
